He is the award-winning author of several books including The Party’s Over and Powerdown, and the soon to be published Oil Depletion Protocol, which details “proactive strategies to adapt to an energy-constrained world”.

His presentations are featured in the Peak Oil 2003 documentary The End of Suburbia. Richard lectures widely and appears regularly in the media around the world. He is constantly in demand as a public speaker and it is a great privilege to have him visit Penzance.
